As a participant attending the AGM IKM Perak Branch Annual General Meeting held at MU Hotel, I had a very positive experience throughout the event. The hotel provided excellent support for a formal organisational meeting. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring the AGM ran smoothly from start to finish. Their hospitality created a comfortable and well-organised environment for all participants. Special thanks to Mr. Calvin from the Sales Department, who was highly informative, helpful, and responsive. His prompt feedback and clear communication from the very first day of engagement made the entire arrangement process smooth and stress-free. The food was well-prepared, delicious, and served efficiently, with good variety and quality. The venue was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, making it suitable for official functions and professional gatherings. Highly recommended for meetings, conferences, and organisational events. I would be happy to attend future programmes here again.

Everything is good except Shower room temperature. Turned to hot, but the water is super hot, then turned to cold, but water not immediately cool down, waited for 10mins is still very hot. The hot water nearly burn my scalp. Other than this, every thing is good. Location very close to town. Local vibes Dimsum just opposite of the hotel and a kopitiam.

The check in was smooth and fast as there was no other guests. All my request especially check out at 12.00 pm was granted. They did not take deposit. They also issued two key cards without request as this is reasonable for 2 persons room. The twin room is spacious enough for two persons. Ample lighting and power points. I particularly like their bathroom as they separate the shower and the toilet. However, the sink is not situated centre front of the mirror. A bit awkward when you brushed teeth or shaving. The water pressure is strong. I used their shampoo and my hair got hardened, even though its label is shampoo with conditioner. The mattress is soft as they put extra layer of comforter on top of the mattress. The pillow is also soft and gave me a good night sleep. The tv is online streaming service. Only youtube channel is free. The aircond is cold. Location is good with many halal and non halal eatery outlets nearby. Free parking at the basement. Many empty spaces when I arrived. The variety of breakfast buffet is sufficient and consistent with the 3 star status. It's not crowded during my stay and I enjoyed a quiet breakfast.
