As a hotel manager, travelling becomes that much harder because your standards change significantly. Muri Beach Club Hotel was a fantastic experience that met our expectations. Staff were extremely helpful over the phone prior to arrival. They were also helpful arranging our Buggy Tour. Arrival was quick and easy with a very easy to see road sign, free car parking, warm and welcoming staff at reception. Staff took our bag to the room (207) that was upstairs. The room was huge overlooking the beach and Muri lagoon. It had a queen and king split, we only used the queen. The room was clean and well maintained. Tea and coffee was provided (free) and a basic minibar (at a charge). Smart tv was not connected to local channels but had all the apps, not that we used it. We went straight out into the lagoon on arrival using the equipment provided by the hotel and enjoyed the “summer sip” a complimentary cocktail and canapé. The grounds and common areas are all in good condition, clean and tidy. Our booking included breakfast, there was a continental buffet with the option to have the set hot option of the day, we had both most days and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were always warm and welcoming and took the effort to remember the names of guests. We had a massage in the inside spa, both of us fell asleep during so, clearly was a relaxing experience. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel with activities booked everyday but the time we spent onsite was fantastic. Walking distance to the Muri night markets and local restaurants with a bus stop just outside of not renting a car. It is always hard to choose the right hotel from online pictures and reviews but I can highly recommend Muri Beach Club Hotel. We look forward to staying again soon.

We got day passes as our Bach didn’t have a pool, adults only. Well worth the $50 each which goes on the bar tab. Food good and service great

We visited Muri Beach Club Hotel for the second time and were not disappointed.|From arriving to leaving, the staff were amazing greeting us with a huge smile and a cheery kia orana .|The food was so fresh and delicious and huge portions.|A massive thank you to all the team who looked after us, we will be back again.
