Hotel absolutely not commercial or accommodating. Stuck on Amorgos following the cancellation of all navigation on the AEGEAN Sea, we were unable to go to Santorini to spend the night we had booked in this hotel (400€ per night). Yes, we had not taken out cancellation insurance, so we negotiated a credit note given the cost of the room. After several reminders to finally get an answer, we were told that the planes were circulating (there is no airport on Amorgos) and that they initially advised taking out cancellation insurance since there are recurring navigation bans on the AEGEAN Sea (????), but on their website there is no information on the subject. Finally to close the chapter, after several emails to finally get an answer, they threatened me with legal action if I put a negative review on social networks. I am only reporting facts. What a lack of class for an establishment that claims to have a certain standing. Absolutely no empathy with a customer who paid €400.
