Bad experience, not to say TERRIBLE!!! I'm still staying there from February 18th to 22nd. For the price paid, we expected much more!!! Apartment 140, the door apparently was broken into, pieces are missing from the frame, it's patched up with nails. The walls are all peeling, there are holes in the walls already in the plaster!!! The headboard is falling off, the faucet is loose in the sink, the electrical outlets don't work and are loose, the bidet is leaking water. THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE IS DISGUSTING!!! The cleanliness of the entire building is terrible, including the rooms. It's impossible that there's a housekeeping service; the hallways are filthy, pieces are missing from the floors, and the walls are peeling all over the hotel. THE POOL IS A SEPARATE MATTER, IT'S SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING!!! The water is cloudy from being so dirty; on the first day it stank. The toys are either broken or clogged. There's a children's pool that's been clogged for 3 days!!! The water is white!!! The indoor pool needs maintenance, URGENTLY!!! Pieces of rusty aluminum piping, stained tiles. The service is ok, the prices are ok, the dishes are well served. The breakfast is quite varied, the orange juice isn't natural!!! But it's ok! At reception they practically thank you for not asking for anything or information lol!!! The bath towels look like rags!!! It URGENTLY NEEDS AN UPGRADE!
