We have a pleasant stay in this hotel during our visit to ChiangRai. Room was big enough for our family with 2 young kids. Breakfast was good & kids enjoy the pool. I would recommend staying in this hotel if you visit ChiangRai especially with kids. Thanks

This is probably one of the best hotels in the main city area of Chiang Rai. We really enjoyed our short stay of two nights here. It’s at a quiet area, but close to many shops and restaurants and cafes. The property is well maintained and clean. Also, the service was excellent and fast. Breakfast items were tasty. We really enjoyed looking at the butterflies flying in the garden!

We stayed one night at the Nai Ya Hotel in Chiang Rai, located a short distance (10-15 minutes' walk) from the city's most famous monuments and the traditional night market, where we dined, in a relatively quiet area of town. The Nai Ya Hotel is a recently built hotel that combines modern comforts with Chiang Rai's Lanna artistic identity. The rooms are clean and spacious with terracotta floors; the double beds are comfortable, and the central air conditioning keeps the room very cool. There is free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and international TV. The bathroom area, unfortunately, had a slightly unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom; a simple air freshener would solve any problems. A narrow L-shaped pool runs through the hotel's guest room area and is fun to explore. There is a small bar with a terrace for enjoying fruit juices, smoothies, and cocktails. Breakfast far exceeded expectations and offered both sweet and savory options, as well as typical local dishes. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful.
