It would have been better if there’s a shuttle bus…..the location is not friendly to elderly or to those who got leg or back problems. But the room was really spacious and the onsen was great! The staff was nice and professional that they helped handle my sudden health problem by helping me calling the ambulance.

We spent the last two nights here after completing our Kumano Kodo trek. The twin room with a sea view was really lovely and modernly furnished. Complimentary drinks were also provided. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and left nothing to be desired. The staff was also very friendly. The only suggestion would be that it would be nice to be able to use streaming services on the TV, but that's a minor point. Thank you for the wonderful stay; we would definitely come back. ^^

I chose this hotel because the location looked good in the photos. However, the food was a complete failure. The course meal took about 30 minutes from the time we entered until the first dish arrived, perhaps due to a lack of staff. This is the second time I've been disappointed at a hotel that hosts weddings. A first-class hotel? The quality was third-rate.
