Located in the center of Via Toledo, this very well-kept B&B has friendly staff, is spotlessly clean, and offers a fragrant aroma. Very convenient for its location and amenities. Breakfast features excellent Neapolitan products. Recommended.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights, paying in advance. We arrived on the day of check-in. It was stated that check-in was at 10:00 AM, but we arrived at 11:00 AM. The door was locked, and no one answered. We stood outside for 15 minutes. A cleaning lady opened the door, but the reception area was empty. We waited some more, and then the receptionist came. She checked us in, but the room wasn't ready yet, even though check-in was at 10:00 AM. We had to wait some more for it to be cleaned. Then we checked in—the rooms were very small and noisy, as the hotel is located in a busy area. We checked out a day early because we mixed up our dates, and they didn't even offer us a refund or even ask why we were leaving so early, since we had paid for three nights. As if it was expected that we would leave on time. The reception is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, after which there's no one from the hotel administration. This means you won't be able to check in or out. We tried to get a refund for a night we didn't use, but they wouldn't give it to us. Even though the hotel didn't provide the service, they took the money. We don't recommend this hotel! And no one will help you with your bags, because the only staff members are girls who work until 6:00 PM.

Everything was perfect, with excellent directions to the hotel. The wonderful welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine. The room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the most touristy area, where this b&b hotel is located. A very good breakfast, compact but with everything you need and of very good quality. In the hallway leading to the room, there's an electronic Nescafé coffee maker with free 24-hour service, along with traditional sweet pastries and delicious cornetos. I want to come back, 100% recommended.
