Ten days in a room with a window that wouldn't close. The reception staff were incredibly rude, there were mice inside, and on rainy days, well, you can imagine... everything was flooded. The manager refused to give us the complaints book, only an email with the refund. They haven't responded, there's no refund, nothing. A disgrace!

We want to share our experience after staying at this hotel on November 29th and 30th, 2025. We checked into suite 604, but when we turned on the jacuzzi, the water wasn't working properly. It smelled like sewage and contained ash and a cigarette butt—clear signs of poor cleaning. We notified reception, and they moved us to suite 605, where at least the cleanliness was better. However, the problem persisted. After a few minutes using the jacuzzi, the water stopped working completely. Reception informed us that it was a general issue throughout the hotel and that maintenance was working on it. An hour later, they told us it was fixed. The following morning, we were left without water again, this time in the entire room, which completely compromised our comfort and the basic services we had paid for. Ultimately, we had to leave the room without water, so we feel the experience fell below minimum quality standards. For these reasons, we have requested a full refund of our reservation. We hope the hotel will take steps to prevent other guests from experiencing a similar situation.
