This hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately other than that..... I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. I was hugely overcharged, an issue I am currently disputing, and management has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. The elevator was broken for my entire stay, and shockingly, there was no attempt to fix it for several days. (I never saw one technician out there and was there 4 days).....Guests were forced to walk multiple flights of stairs every single day, yet the hotel offered no reduced rate, refund, or compensation whatsoever for this inconvenience. The decor is outdated and does not reflect the price they are charging. On top of that, management was unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked excellent customer service, especially when addressing legitimate concerns. I also experienced ongoing issues with hotel keys not working, requiring repeated trips back to the front desk—this was likely more irritating due to the broken elevator. During check-in the valet staff spoke no English and actually attempted to turn me away, creating unnecessary stress and confusion at arrival. I felt I had to be direct and harsh to get my point across and communicate which left me feeling bad. Overall, this hotel shows poor management, lack of accountability, and no concern for guest experience. Take your elsewhere. (There are endless gorgeous hotels in this area -TONS). Too many options to settle for paying this much for non-excellence. Wish I could say more positives, but I had to give an honest review because of how much was paid for the experience. The location is nice . The pool is beautiful but in the shade. The bar both inside and out never got lively on either Friday or Saturday nights. NYE weekend and all other bars in the area were completely popping so this also says something. Hope this is helpful

Great location and facilities. The room is clean and spacious, well maintained. Biggest gripe is it takes a few minutes for the water to get hot (room location, I would guess). Great overall and would stay here again.

NEVER EVER STAY ST THIS HOTEL. No heat it went down to 52° at night freezing no extra blankets. Look warm water in the showers. No access to the pool or beach at night. Would not give me a 2nd key card, I was travelling with my 16-year-old daughter and she went out with the key card. They wouldn’t give me another one until 2 am. They kept trying to lock me out of the apartment because I didn’t have a card even though I had a wrist respond but they brought in other staff from that side who wouldn’t let me in. I left my charger. I watch by the Pool charging. It disappeared when I went to reception to complain they said they send the manager to my room. I was waiting in my room. I opened the door. There were 26 foot guys standing there and they said mom to the hotel immediately for harassing and disrespecting the staff They then called the police to escort me out of the hotel. Rude gangster mentality
