Very Bad Service and Staff do not co operate. I was allocated wrong room and than informed that hotel is fully booked - booking.com I booked with. I fight and after 2 hours I was shifted to the right room. Breakfast is included in my package with family. They said food is finish and they do not have. In breakfast they do not even have bread butter. Very unprofessional service. Think many-a-times before booking with this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 daughters, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean & the rooms were lovely. The only use of the kitchen we required was the fridge & the kettle, but there was a microwave, dishwasher, washing …

I couldn't be more disappointed with the management at this hotel. I made an honest mistake booking on Expedia, for two nights. I had my dates wrong by 1 day, so I was booking for a day earlier than I needed. I realized the mistake within minutes of booking, so I messaged the hotel and Expedia to try to make the change. I realize I had booked a non-refundable room. The other part - the booking was made just before midnight on the first day of the booking, so my initial booking was for that first night. We weren't arriving until the following day, so nobody was going to use that room and the chances of someone else needing that room at midnight were likely slim. I received a message from the hotel after requesting to change my reservation from Oct 14th and 15th to the 15th and 16th: Good afternoon, You have a cancelled reservation in our system for a Family Room from 14-16.10.2025. Your active reservation is from16-17.10.2025, for 2 guests in a Family Room. If you would like to add an extra night, you can make a new booking through Expedia. Kind regards, At this point, I was under the impression that I would be able to rebook the proper nights and get a refund for the first booking. I was informed after booking the rooms again that I wasn't getting a refund at all and the first booking was cancelled. My main problem: I ended up paying twice for the same night. So I paid for Oct 14 (didn't use a room, cancelled within 5 minutes of initial booking), Oct 15 x 2, and Oct 16. Had I known they wouldn't refund the first booking, I would have just kept it in place and showed up the next day, then added one more day. I wasn't asking for a full refund of the first booking, just the night that was paid for twice. After multiple attempts from Expedia to reason with the hotel, they declined the refund request. So they received two extra paid nights without anyone staying in any rooms. They had also cancelled the Oct 15th night from the first reservation, so they had the ability to use the room that was previously booked.
