There are several pools and a beach nearby. A shuttle to Kos is available, and you can also rent a bicycle or take the bus (all for a fee). However, during our stay, all the buses were full, so we couldn't use them. There are several cats on the hotel grounds (as is common on Kos).

This hotel is a complete disappointment and doesn't deserve five stars – more like zero. • All Inclusive? Forget it! Almost everything costs extra, even water and Greek coffee. The minibar is always empty. • Food & Drink: Breakfast is identical every day, and the lunch and dinner buffets are mediocre at best. There are only two bars and one restaurant – the promised selection is a lie. • Service & Staff: The reception staff is unfriendly. Guests are constantly complaining. Valuables were stolen from our room. • Arrival & First Evening: We arrived at 10:00 PM and received only two small bottles of water and a frozen sandwich, despite having booked all-inclusive. After that, nothing else was available. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room didn't work – we had to sleep without it the first night in 38°C (100°F) heat. • Rooms & Facilities: There is no internet in the rooms or the lobby. The hotel grounds are dirty, and in some places, there's a strong smell of sewage. It's almost unbearable in the family rooms. The hotel grounds are dirty and reek of sewage. • ... • Beach & Leisure: The beach is littered with large stones, making swimming unpleasant. The umbrellas and sun loungers are dirty. Playground? Just an old, carelessly placed slide. Disco? There isn't one. Conclusion: A rip-off, dirty, unfriendly, and absolutely not recommended. Many locals confirm: The Natura Hotel is considered one of the worst on the island.

I really have no idea where these good reviews come from, 5 stars??? ... Where do I even begin? The food was either too salty or bland, the seafood tasted strange, you get a bath but not a shower 😂, we slept for seven nights without a blanket (your blanket is a duvet cover), the water tastes like tap water, there are only sugary drinks, and I don't even want to talk about their Diet Coke – it tastes like a luxury brand! Nothing in the spa works except the sauna, the indoor pool smelled like urine, and there was rust on the windows that dripped onto the pool when it rained – lovely :) (I got an ear infection, thankfully not too bad, but hygiene is something else entirely). Cats are starving there and drinking from the chlorinated pool. The reception staff gets training on how to be incredibly unpleasant; as a guest, I felt like I was paying them for my stay. There's no entertainment, just some generic singers to lull you to sleep. At least the waiters were very polite and accommodating. I will never fly to Greece again; Turkey is in a completely different league and even cheaper. 😁 You want proof that I was there? Just message me, I have all the documentation. This hotel needs to be downgraded to a Greek 3-star rating.
