NAU Salema Beach Village

Spacious two-story villa with three terraces, comfortable beds, excellent service, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. A very nice complex, even offering a shuttle service to the beach, although it's only an 8-minute walk.

Stay: End of August 2025, 1 week (5 guests) We spent a very pleasant week at NAU Salema Beach Village at the end of August. Overall, the resort offers plenty of space, comfort, and a well-maintained atmosphere—ideal for families or groups who appreciate spacious accommodations and short walks to the beach. Location & Outdoor Area The walk to Salema Beach is short and convenient; a shuttle service is also available for guests, which is very practical, especially with luggage or small children. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and inviting; however, the pool is not heated and therefore quite cold for August—a definite drawback for guests who want to spend a lot of time relaxing in the water. Accommodation & Amenities Our bungalow was generously sized: large, spacious bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa offered plenty of space. The three bathrooms were particularly comfortable for five people—there were plenty of private spaces and short waits in the mornings. The kitchen was well-equipped and functional; However, some minor things were missing: only two dishwasher tablets were provided, which is clearly insufficient for a week and five people. Each floor has a balcony with sun loungers, and the upper terrace offers a lovely view—a nice spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. The bungalow was very clean upon arrival and was cleaned daily, which we greatly appreciated. Service & Dining The reception was very friendly; special mention goes to the gentleman at the right-hand reception counter who was very helpful during check-in. There is a good selection of food by the pool; the selection is varied and convenient, but the quality and taste are solid, not outstanding—"good, but not gourmet." Comfort & Drawbacks A significant drawback is the poor soundproofing. Conversations and noises from neighboring bungalows are easily audible, which can disturb sleep if you are sensitive to noise. Furthermore, a heated pool would greatly enhance the guest experience. Small things like more dishwasher tablets and perhaps some additional kitchen utensils would further enhance comfort.
