I spent New Year's Eve with my family in Hotel Nertili.The rooms were comfortable and we had sea view which was nice.The staff was very kind and helpful.The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and everything was perfectly cooked.We had a great time at the New Year's Eve dinner they had organised.I am sure this place is also a very good choice during the summer so I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is located on a sloping road leading down to the sea. The path is quite steep both downhill and uphill, making it less suitable for people with physical limitations or disabilities. The hotel itself appeared clean. The rooms were modern and newly furnished, although ours lacked a safe, which we found very unfortunate. However, the daily housekeeping service worked reliably and without complaint. The dining room was completed at the time of our stay and had a pleasant charm. However, it lacked some details that would have created a more pleasant atmosphere – for example, set tables, table decorations, or flowers. Instead of cloth tablecloths, there were only paper tablecloths. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant area was very disappointing. Tables were often not cleared or re-set, meaning that we sometimes had to sit at tables that weren't yet clean for breakfast in the morning. The food was a huge disappointment overall. During our two-week stay with half-board, there was no buffet or choice of food. Regardless of whether you were vegetarian, meat-eater, or fish-eater, a fixed menu with several courses was simply served, without consideration for individual preferences. There was little variety in terms of flavor; much of it tasted similar. Particularly noticeable was the preferential treatment given to the numerous cycling groups present: They were served in a friendly manner, asked for drinks, and apparently received special service. We, on the other hand, were only given a bottle of still water on the table every evening, without being asked for any other beverages. I have never experienced such poor service and such poor cuisine in a hotel before. There is definitely room for improvement here. The attached bar is also not very attractive to hotel guests due to its overpriced prices. Overall, unfortunately, this was not a stay I would recommend – especially given the poor service and disappointing food.
