This hotel is completely worthless, even after making a reservation. Check-in took an unusually long time, belying my reservation, and it felt like the management system was completely broken. The condition of the room was even worse. The facilities were clearly outdated, the environment was poorly maintained, and the strong smell of cigarettes hit me the moment I opened the door, making the entire stay unpleasant, let alone comfortable. My disappointment continued after checkout. I reported that I had left an item, but even a simple lost item check was not properly conducted, and I wasted an unreasonable amount of time just to find a single item. This hotel lacks service, management, and accountability. It was a terrible decision, leaving me with only regrets for spending time and money. I want to make this clear to anyone reading this: If you have other options, avoid this hotel. This hotel is absolutely not worth staying at, even with a reservation. The check-in process was unreasonably slow, revealing a complete lack of organization and basic operational standards. The room condition was even worse. The facilities were clearly outdated, poorly maintained, and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable the moment the door was opened. Staying in the room was uncomfortable and unpleasant, making proper rest impossible. The experience deteriorated further after checkout. After reporting a left-behind item, the staff failed to handle even this simple matter efficiently, resulting in an absurdly long and frustrating retrieval process. This hotel shows no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for its guests. Staying here was a complete waste of time and money. To anyone considering this place: If you value your comfort and peace of mind, avoid this hotel entirely.
