Me and my husband come to Blackpool every year and this was our first time at The President. Won't be our last. Bed was one of the most comfortable we've had away — we both commented on it the next morning. Breakfast was fresh and well presented. Callum sorted us out with a table by the window without us even asking and spent a good few minutes chatting through what to do around the Fylde Coast. He knew everything — tide times, where to park, which fish and chip shops are actually worth it. Brilliant lad.

Room was dirty, dodgy stains on the wall, mirror was broken, smell of cannabis when exiting the lift on 3rd floor, shower head was encrusted with grease and filth. View from window was dirty nappies someone had thrown from their window. Really gross!
