We took a standard double room, and the reception staff was very friendly. The room was nice, but it had a lot of flaws, so I gave it a low rating. The furniture, such as the wardrobe, was old, the doors didn't close completely, and there was a lot of dust inside. There was mold in the bathroom and some hair on the walls beside. It's not surprising that they couldn't clean it properly, since the glass bathroom door didn't open all the way, and I was afraid it would fall off when tried to open it. We found beer in the minibar that someone had already opened and left there (people who do that are terrible). There was also little light in the room, so it was impossible to put on makeup or see yourself clearly in the mirror. The blanket on the bed was positioned poorly, so it kept coming off, I don't know who comes up with them like that and the mattress was also very hard, I couldn't sleep well. I don't know what the cafe and food were like because I didn't try them. Overall, I wouldn't want to come back here. I'll choose a different hotel next time.

I stayed two nights in February for the FOM conference. Both Gabriel and Esteban provided excellent service in the dining room. I congratulate the hotel on the wonderful treatment from all its staff.
