Unfortunately, I have to leave this review: despite the receptionists being incredibly nice, we had to leave on the first night. The bed was so unbearable that I had to sleep on the floor. It was a truly awful experience, especially since I'm pregnant. The receptionists were wonderful; they showed me other rooms, but everything was the same. I don't understand why they don't replace the mattresses if that's their business. I really don't get it. It was the worst night of my life.
