The absolute highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at this hotel several times – and such a warm, attentive, and yet professional atmosphere is truly rare. You immediately feel at home: incredibly welcoming, and you can approach the team with anything. I've always felt very comfortable and welcome. The rooms are perfectly adequate for the price. They're not ultra-modern, but clean, well-maintained, and perfectly fine. The rooms are also well-insulated. The breakfast buffet is by far one of the best I've ever had in a hotel: a huge selection, everything you could possibly want, and overall very high quality. Parking is also good, and depending on the room, you even have a lovely view of the Rhine. I'd love to come back again!

Very friendly welcome and service. The furnishings are dated, e.g., many stains on the carpet, the bathroom very old, and the refrigerator noise kept us awake at night... unfortunately, my expectations were not met. A shame. The view, however, made up for a lot – pure romance. The price for one night was reasonable for the holiday.
