The hotel's location is excellent, just steps from the central station and the Grand Place. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful, but the hotel itself doesn't live up to a 4-star standard. Our adequately sized suite had no heating in the main bedroom or the bathroom. After two days like this, we reported it, and they moved us to another room immediately because the staff is very efficient. However, they gave us a warm but much smaller room, without separate areas, and with only one bathroom. As for breakfast, it's not like other 4-star NH hotels; it was the same every day, so that's another area for improvement. We were fine, yes, but the price was excessive for the service.

Magnificent hotel, centrally located and close to various public transport options. Several points of interest are within walking distance. The room we had was enormous, as was the bathroom. NH offers "rewards" for not cleaning the room. At every NH hotel we've stayed at, we've opted against them for free beer. Recommended.
