I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at NH Copenhagen during my stay from 1st to 5th December. During this stay, branded clothing was taken from my room while room service had access. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Guests must be able to trust that their personal belongings are safe inside their own room. Losing property in this way is deeply distressing and completely destroys that trust. What makes this situation even more alarming is that after this happened, I discovered multiple other reviews describing very similar incidents. This makes it clear that this is not a one-off mistake, but an ongoing and serious issue that the hotel appears to have failed to properly address. This incident occurred inside a supposedly secure hotel environment, at a time when only hotel staff should have had access. Regardless of the explanation, the reality is that my belongings went missing under the hotel’s responsibility. This experience has permanently damaged my confidence in this hotel and its internal controls. Security, accountability, and guest safety are being treated far too lightly here. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their belongings. For a hotel operating at this level, this is a serious failure and entirely unacceptable.

Excellent location, excellent service, and good facilities. The views from our room were very good (considering Copenhagen and its factories). The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, but the wardrobe was too small—that's the only downside. It was tiny, and in winter, you really miss having more space. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location is great; you can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes. The breakfast is varied. One night we ordered a burger and a sandwich for dinner, and they were quite good. The facilities are nice, with comfortable armchairs for relaxing after lunch or dinner, reading, or working in the morning if needed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! We spent four nights visiting the city and absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we were lucky enough to encounter some Spanish-speaking employees. The room was spotless and had thoughtful touches that made our stay truly wonderful. The buffet was excellent and well worth trying, as they had a huge selection of everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro with a direct line to the airport. From there, we walked everywhere since it's practically in the city center. Without a doubt, if we return to Copenhagen, we'll stay there again.
