Unfortunately, it was very negative. I called the reservations department twice to ask about the width of the various beds, which were not specified as queen or king, between double and king. Both times they said they would check, but after a short while they cut off the communication! No comment, I'm speechless, unprofessional!! I chose another hotel with very kind, helpful, and competent staff.
