Excellent hotel! Great value for money. The location is perfect, next to the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums, and within walking distance of all Madrid's attractions. The staff is polite and attentive. Choose a room with a view; it's worth it.

Overall, the hotel is good, but a few things made our stay less comfortable. First, there's almost no common area outside the rooms. We couldn't spend any time in the hotel after leaving our keys while waiting for the train. There's a lot of food at the breakfast buffet, but few hot dishes. Several times, someone tried to enter my wife and daughter's room, as if testing whether someone was inside. These may seem like minor complaints, but I expected better quality and service from a five-star hotel.
