First of all, I think I was deceived. On Booking, the accommodation was 1043 usd, and at the reception, because I didn't have a debit card, they added their VAT. At the other 2 hotels in Chile (one in Rapa Nui and one in Santiago) there was no problem (I paid what was on Booking). I didn't understand why I had to have a credit card. A stupidity. Breakfast is simple: scrambled eggs, vegetables and a lot of toxic sweets that increase gastric acidity. The only good thing about breakfast is that they have watermelon red , watermelon green and strawberries. They could make all kinds of combinations from avocado, hummus chair and beans. No, they fill the shelves with toxic cookies with lots of sugar. They also have a very good creamy cheese. It's not a 5-star hotel breakfast. It's a maximum 3-star breakfast. The rooms still need to be improved, the cleanliness, the location and the internet are ok. You still have to improve, but in no case are you 5 stars. But the claims are like 7 stars.. With indulgence I gave you 3 stars out of 5 in the review. Keep this in mind and the services have improved because we will give you money. We come from 15,000 km to spend money in your country!

I stayed there for 2 nights and I got bed bug bites. I am not sure how is the hygiene at this hotel done but I expected much more from a 4-stars hotel. If you are staying here, make sure to check for bed bugs before sleeping or wear full-coverage pjs.
