I loved the communal areas, especially the breakfast room with its stunning lagoon views and decor. What a pleasure to enjoy this sublime hotel on the island of Murano after a hectic day in Venice! The entire hotel team is dedicated to ensuring a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 4 days in this fabulous hotel. The Murano glass and art hanging on the walls is stunning. The reception staff is super friendly and so helpful. We loved Matteo as he gave us good suggestions and helped us with water taxis. The restaruant staff was lovely and we loved Zara as she is so funny. Zara suggested great wine to us for our dinner. The food was very good and delicious. The beef and octopus as well as the fish main course was just stunning. No music in the restaurant but the views over the lagoon at breakfast are amazing. We will be back in April for another week. The hotel is very close to the local water taxis (day ticket €25 per person or €35 for a two day ticket) . You can also use a private water taxi from the hotel's own pier for around €90 into Venice or €130 directly to the airport.

I stayed at NH Collection Murano Villa and had an excellent experience. I would like to compliment the hotel for the high standards of cleanliness, both in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide and high-quality selection that caters to different tastes and needs. I also particularly appreciated the range and quality of services available, which are clearly designed to meet guests’ needs. The boat service is especially convenient and well organized, making transportation easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always kind, professional, and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Matteo from the Front Office, whose professionalism, availability, and customer-oriented attitude made a real difference and contributed greatly to the overall quality of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent services, and a very professional welcome.
