We stayed at this hotel during our stay in Florence and had a truly wonderful time. From the moment you enter, you can smell the pleasant aroma and feel the cleanliness. The welcome was impeccable: the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean, and meticulously cared for; nothing was missing. It was a wonderful stay that made our experience in Florence even better. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to feel pampered.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated and spacious. The breakfast was very varied. I would definitely return. Just a few minutes' walk from the city center.
