We've stayed at this hotel several times and it has always met our needs: clean rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and an overall very pleasant experience. That's precisely why this last stay was so disappointing. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, which is why we decided to return this time with our dog. At check-in, we were informed of a €20 supplement per night and given a form with rules that we had to sign. So far, so good. One of the rules stated that the dog could not be left alone in the room, which is perfectly logical and not a problem, since our dog accompanies us everywhere. The surprise came when we asked about breakfast times and were told that we couldn't go down to breakfast with the dog and that we had to leave him alone in the room. This is completely illogical: how can a hotel be pet-friendly if they don't allow pets at breakfast and, at the same time, prohibit leaving them alone in the room? We found the situation absurd and poorly planned, so we ultimately didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We believe it would be much more logical to have separate areas: one for adults, another for families with children, and another for guests with pets. This would avoid these problems and actually deliver what's advertised. It's a shame, because it's a hotel we like and have returned to several times, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths.

My opinion about the location is that it suits me perfectly. It's a bit far from the center of Bilbao, but it's very quiet.
