Excellent hotel! During our stay from December 16 to December 21, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay and were completely satisfied. I highly recommend it!

Five days city break. Incredible view from our room, well laid out and Ideal for our city break. Location is perfect for both bus and tram routes and nice has exceptional public transport system with an efficient card / phone app for easy management of the account. Breakfast was standard but the staff are accomodating and the staff in the breakfast bar and reception couldn't do enough to support our enjoyment of the area. Unfortunately the cleaning staff are not of the same standard. Dirty floor, inconsistent levels of service and not a complete clean or restock of basics in the five days.

My positive impressions: 1. 99% of the hotel staff I interacted with were professional, very pleasant, and always ready to help. Their service was prompt and courteous. 2. The room and the hotel were clean. 3. The furnishings and belongings were in good condition. 4. I had a lovely view from the window, thanks to a very kind receptionist whose name I can't recall. 5. The hotel has a convenient location. 6. The elevators are very quick. 7. The room is spacious. It includes a large closet, a mini-fridge, a bedside table, a large mirror, tinted windows, and good-quality pillows. 8. There is a water dispenser near the elevator. There is a bottle of orange blossom water at reception. There is a microwave. 9. The bathroom has separate dispensers for hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. There is also a hairdryer and mouthwash. 10. The window provides good insulation from street noise. My negative impressions: 1. The air conditioning system is noisy in my opinion, which is very noticeable at night. 2. The air conditioning system is automatic. I was hot and felt the air was stuffy, which made breathing difficult, but there was no way to lower the temperature myself. 3. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. 4. There are probably springs in the mattress, because several of them occasionally dug into my body. 5. The beds are very close together. 6. The price for the dog is too high, 25 euros. 7. I found the employee, who introduced himself as the manager, unpleasant, even rude, and I noticed a certain reluctance to resolve the issue politely. Let me explain: I asked where the price of 25 euros per dog was displayed. I didn't refuse to pay; I was simply surprised by what I considered a high price, about which I knew nothing. The receptionist who greeted me was very kind and offered to look into it. He actually found the information shortly afterward, and I am very grateful to him. But while we were chatting amicably with him, the manager arrived. I would have preferred he hadn't come. He belongs to that 1% of staff who, in my opinion, are unpleasant. Despite his smile, I got the impression he wasn't trying to answer my question, but rather to get rid of me by saying that if nothing suited me, he would refund me and I could look for another hotel on December 31st. Not very friendly, all in all. He also spoke too quickly, even though I asked him to speak more slowly, as French is not my native language. He should take a page from the book of the receptionist who greeted me, who was incredibly polite, competent, and kind in terms of customer service.
