Stayed for two nights over New Year's Eve, fleeing fireworks and the resulting stuffiness. Here, however, there was fresh air and quiet. The first room was too cold due to a heating problem, but after a room change, it was fine. Dinner in the restaurant took a long time, and room service on the second day was cold! Breakfast was excellent. The service from the reception manager regarding the cold room was absolutely friendly. As compensation, we were given free use of the bowling alley. Pets are also welcome if desired. The room, beds, bathroom, pool, cleaning, and hospitality are all excellent at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, except for some in the restaurant.

We were booked for two nights starting January 1st, 2026. Our room had no heating, and reception couldn't change our room because they didn't have any rooms available in our category. They gave us a forced-air heater to warm up our room. It was awful and very cold. Never again. 👎👎👎

We had a superior room, which was perfectly spacious for two people. The bathroom was well-equipped and had both a shower and a bathtub. The entire room was very clean. Our only minor criticism was the television, which was positioned a bit too far from the bed for our liking. Unfortunately, the windows are only single-glazed, so the room was quite chilly in January, and the heating had to be on full blast. It's best to pack something warm! The hotel truly offers everything you need for a successful stay. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet. There's a dedicated egg station with boiled, fried, and scrambled eggs. In addition, there's a wide selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and bread rolls. The multiple coffee machines, offering various coffee specialties, are also very convenient. The leisure facilities are excellent as well. There's a variety of entertainment options, including bowling, billiards, air hockey, and darts, as well as a large gym, a pool, and a sauna. Although we didn't use them in January, bicycles are also available for rent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The location is perfect. It's only about a 5- to 7-minute drive to the beach and the promenade with its many restaurants, shops, and beach huts. A big plus is that the hotel offers free parking. This was my second stay there, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend in Noordwijk, as it offers excellent value for money.
