Before our trip, I had email contact with the manager, Luigi – truly a wonderful person and someone you can instantly call a friend. I was planning to propose during our stay, so everything had to be perfect, and the hotel made sure it was. The staff took care of us like nowhere else. The surprise planned for my partner after she said “yes” also turned out beautifully: the flowers prepared by the hotel were stunning, and the complimentary sparkling wine made the moment even more special. We were also given a room upgrade to make everything feel like a fairytale – and it truly did. The trip and the proposal were absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay! Apart from all of this, the hotel is in an ideal location – we managed to see everything important on foot. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was the most beautiful trip of our lives. Sending hugs and kisses! 💛✨
