The hotel is wonderful, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Every day the maids asked us if we wanted them to clean the rooms, even if it wasn't necessary they changed the bath towels. The reception staff were super attentive at all times, always ready to help when needed. Upon check-in, they provided us with a city map and a brochure listing the tourist attractions we could visit. I loved the hotel and the entire team. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable, though a bit small. The staff is generally very attentive. However, one night we went down for dinner, and the man who serves, and is also at breakfast, is sometimes quite serious and treats the other staff rudely. He's not very friendly, and it really makes you not want to go if he's there. The rest is fine; the location, being close to the train station, is great.
