Amazing views from the 14th floor and friendly staff, specially Mynthe who was very accommodating at check-in time. Unfortunately, the mattress in my room was very old-fashioned, I could feel the springs on my back... As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the staff wore name tags on their T-shirts.

The room was fine and clean. Not particularly special or luxurious, but simply good and comfortable. The breakfast was truly perfect: extensive and fresh. You could have eggs prepared any way you liked, including fried eggs and omelets. The staff was very friendly. And what was also great was the late checkout (12:00).

I dont remember the name but the guy, a man, who was cheking us in. He was doing excellent job and very nice and friendly, smiling. I travel often and I was in the Netherlands for the 1st time. And usually the 1st person who make the impression about the country is the receptionist. Your receptionist is outstanding. Overall all the experience was owesome. We felt very comfortable and very cosy at your hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff during breakfast were very freindly, helpful and smiling. All the instuctions in the room and in the hotel so understandable. I really felt like if I need something it can be solved. Emily, Duty Manager, kindly replied to my email very fast. The matresses was a bit hard for me. But it is a matter of individual liking. If you like soft matresses - you will not like the ones in the hotel. But there is an option to ask for a topmattress. It was a miracle when the reception stuff came in the evening and brought a top matress for me. Thank you so much. Though it did not help fully to solve the problem for me because I like softer bed. The only thing I would improve - the work of the housekeeping department. They need some training and better work abilities. They dont understand or speak English. Once they forgot to put towels in the bathroom after cleaning. Of course upon request it was sorted out quickly. The surrounding nearby is very nice. The hotel is a few steps from central railway. It has Grab & Go at the reception which is very comfortable if you need some water or drinks. There is a supermarket Spar just 2 minutes walk. You can rent even an umbrella if you need. And it is very close to the city center to get by walk. Utrecht is an amazing city to explore. I am impressed by the quality services NH Utrecht. Strongly advice.
