Perfect location, just 2 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The only downside was that there was an event one evening, so we couldn't have dinner in the restaurant. However, there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping center nearby with plenty of options for lunch and dinner.

The rooms were very basic for the price, and incredibly noisy. We had a refrigerator that was constantly making noise. The restaurant service was top-notch, though! The reception staff seemed unwilling to work. At one point, when I asked for help making a reservation, they replied, "Don't you have an international calling service?" Obviously, they didn't help me. I only asked for help because I couldn't make a reservation. The only really kind person was Maria! I have nothing bad to say about her. If I could only rate the restaurant service, I would give it 5 stars because everyone there was so friendly.
