We were a small group. The hotel service was top-notch. The hotel is modern and very clean. The sea view is breathtaking. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The location is excellent. Close to the beach, the lake, and the main promenade. There are many tavernas and restaurants serving delicious food along the way. Thank you, and we hope to see you again.

Not a 5-star hotel. We were very disappointed with our stay there. The hotel's location is truly fantastic, but that's about the only positive thing about it. Unfortunately, it's impossible to use any of the beach or pool loungers unless you get up at 6 a.m. and reserve them. You can do that, because the staff completely ignores loungers that are occupied for hours. Basically, everything is overpriced: the room rate, dinner, drinks. It's acceptable, but then the quality should at least be decent. There was garbage on the beach every day that wasn't cleaned up, making half of the already limited number of loungers unusable. We had a few problems and inquiries afterward, and upon departure, we were assured we could resolve them via email. Since then, all our emails have been consistently ignored. Strangely, email communication was working before our trip when we wanted to book treatments. The massage was unfortunately performed incorrectly, leaving us with back pain afterward.
