Very good, elegant, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and spacious, with a bathtub and shower. It's far from the town. The hotel is well worth it.

Paying over 2 million VND per night for such terrible service, nothing could be worse. From check-in to going to the room, we had to carry our own luggage. The staff were very rude and arrogant. There was no connection between the two areas of the hotel, and the reception staff treated us like we were their grandparents. I advise everyone to think carefully before booking a hotel here. TERRIBLE If there were a "zero" rating option, I would have already given it. Paying more than 2 million VND for one night but receiving such terrible service – nothing could be worse. From check-in until going to the room, we had to carry our own luggage the whole time. The staff had a very rude and arrogant attitude. There is no connection between the two areas of the hotel, and the reception staff behaved as if they were superior to the guests. I strongly advise everyone to think carefully before booking this hotel. It is TERRIBLE. If there were an option to give ZERO stars, I would definitely choose it.
