We had a very pleasant stay at the Niranapa Boutique Resort and were quite satisfied with our experience. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and very well-kept. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into the landscape design—it's beautiful. The staff does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the territory, tending to the plants every day, and keeping the pool area nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. We have no complaints about the room amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bathroom and toilet area were spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent with changing the bed linens and towels. The location is very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven store right at the hotel's exit, and within a 5-minute walk you can find plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, a currency exchange, and a laundry service. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Koho. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! A few suggestions for improvement: · Breakfast: It was good, but it became a bit repetitive/monotonous after a few days. · Housekeeping details: While the room was clean, we noticed a few minor stains on the walls in the hallway, on the balcony glass doors, and on the curtains. It didn't ruin our stay, but it would be great if the curtains were washed more often and the stains cleaned. · Balcony cleaning: During our stay, the balcony wasn't cleaned as often as the room itself. · Drying rack: It would be helpful to have more hangers on the balcony or to make the existing ones larger. It was hard to dry everything at once (like swimsuits and two beach towels) as there wasn't enough space. Overall, it's a very good hotel—a solid 4 out of 5. We would recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niranapa Boutique Resort. Everything about this place was simply amazing. A special mention goes to Mr. Tree, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. His service really made the experience even more special. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and perfectly quiet – ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely cozy and we slept very well every night. The bathroom was also spotless, and the shower had great water pressure, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything felt very well taken care of and truly relaxing. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket.
