I returned because I had a good memory of staying here in the past. I stayed in a ladies' single room in the past, and a single room this time. The biggest advantages of this hotel are the slightly larger rooms than other hotels, the table in front of the window, and the clever use of space in the interior. It feels comfortable and cozy. Perhaps that's why it feels like a hotel exclusively for flight attendants. And the large bath is really nice. I come here for the large bath. But please, tourists, respect Japanese hot spring culture. Japanese people bathe quietly, without conversation. It's unpleasant to see people talking loudly. I hope you don't tarnish your country's image among Japanese people. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that they seem to treat long-term guests with contempt. Other hotels don't offer housekeeping services for extended stays, but this one doesn't provide coffee, green tea, or a change of pajamas. They only provide water. It's a small service, which might seem like a relief, but it feels like it's inconvenient for the guests. Especially for stays of two or more nights, the pajamas should be replaced, but when I checked with the lobby, they said they don't. I'd like to wear comfortable pajamas. Also, the lobby and cleaning staff have a very blunt demeanor. Communication has improved since I've had more staff who speak foreign languages than before, but I felt the Japanese staff were a bit unfriendly. There were also instances where the cleaning staff would take the elevator before customers were waiting during cleaning hours, or they wouldn't even say hello. The hotel staff's service is the face of this hotel, and I'm leaving this review hoping for some improvement. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel.

The floor plan and condition of the guest rooms might be a bit disappointing for Koreans. However, everything else was satisfactory. The rooms were clean, and the location was a 3-5 minute walk from the station, making it quiet. The large public bath was spacious, clean, and nice.

It's very close to Hakata Station. There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is nice. Onsen access is available every day.
