For a stopover and rest in Upper Semarang, this hotel is close to Akpol.

It's a really bad hotel and I don't recommend it at all. I was initially attracted by the TikTok recommendation with good and interesting room reviews. The room was clean and well-maintained. I paid almost 600 thousand rupiah in the hope of getting a good room ambiance. We were far from the area and arrived in Semarang tired and wanted to rest quickly, but it was disappointing from the start. When entering the lobby, there was no officer to help carry the suitcase (because I was a woman who brought a big suitcase myself), when checking in, the receptionist did not serve me well, then because I was so tired I wanted to go to the room quickly, when I entered the room I was disappointed, the AC was not working properly and was not cold, the room was hot and stuffy, and smelled musty until we asked for air freshener (even though the room we asked for was a non-smoking room), the sheets were already worn out, the pillowcases were worn out and torn (the excuse was that they were from the laundry), then went into the bathroom and it turned out that the doormat was also worn out brown plus there was no toilet paper (they said they forgot).. The service was slow. Really not recommended for a hotel price of almost 600 thousand, and what's worse, we had paid for the hotel for 3 consecutive nights. Finally that night we decided to move to another hotel (without refund) with almost the same price, only 50 thousand rupiah difference, we have got a 4-star hotel with very different service and room quality and quality. So, Please Management of Hotel Nite & Day Candi Semarang, in the future hopefully it can be evaluated, and it doesn't happen to other customers, don't just chase profit but bad hotel service quality. Sorry but this is the first time we get a bad hotel like this for almost 600 thousand rupiah. 🥲🥲🥲🙏🏻
