Excellent location in a cool and lively area, with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around, and in a central location that is very convenient to get around from. The rooms are cozy, clean and well-maintained, and the hotel itself is very pleasant to stay in. But what really makes the place special is the staff, kind, humane and very caring service. We arrived at the hotel after our flights to Israel were canceled due to the war, and the staff was simply amazing. They took care of us and helped with everything we needed during a difficult time. When we finally found a return flight, they even canceled our last night without any problem. A very positive experience and high-level service. Definitely recommend

We were satisfied with our stay. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. The daily cleaning was reliable, and everything was well-maintained. The location is great; everything is within walking distance, and I don't understand the reviews that say the area isn't safe. I think it's fantastic. One small suggestion for improvement concerns the water in the room: You only receive one free 0.5-liter bottle; each additional bottle costs 50 cents. It would be nice if guests were provided with a free bottle daily. The Wi-Fi could also be improved, as the connection was sometimes weak, and we frequently had to use our mobile data. You can hear the street traffic quite clearly through the windows. Also, it was sometimes a bit noisy in the neighboring room or in the hallway in the mornings (possibly other guests or the cleaning staff), as doors were slammed loudly several times, and conversations could be heard outside the room door. At night, the emergency exit signs, the "Do Not Disturb" sign, and the telephone are also quite brightly illuminated, which doesn't completely darken the room. Despite these points, we had a pleasant stay overall.

This hotel feels more like a 4* hotel, it is so clean and the beds are very comfortable! The staff are all very friendly. The hotel is very safe with 24 hour reception and main doors requiring a key for entry. Breakfast is small but varied. My one piece of feedback was the rooms are very hot and you cannot turn on the AC in the winter. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it!
