It's a terrible hotel. We're freezing. There's air conditioning, but they don't work it. There's a heater, but they don't work it. If you want to waste your money, come here.

It's a decently located hotel with no parking issues. However, the photos of the hotel I purchased from Jolly Tours bear no resemblance to the one I stayed in. They used misleading photos. I was pleased with the staff. Can Bey at the reception desk and Erhan Bey in housekeeping and bar services were all very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The cleaning lady was also very helpful. However, the hotel rooms were very old, and there was no shower gel, shampoo, or Q-tips in the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely poor, and the packaged products were of poor quality. They seem to be saving money on absolutely everything. This is the first time I've stayed at such a poor hotel with such high prices.

I had a short stay at No 19 Boutique Hotel and was generally satisfied. The hotel has a stylish and welcoming atmosphere; the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds and bathrooms, in particular, meet expectations. The staff are attentive and friendly, and were helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast menu offers a sufficient variety and fresh products. The location is central and convenient for local transportation. The prices are reasonable considering the service and comfort. The only downside is that parking is limited, and finding a space can be a bit difficult during busy periods. Overall, it's a reliable and comfortable option for short business or leisure stays.
