I would like to draw special attention to the SPA area, for which, unfortunately, I have to take off one star. I ordered a lymphatic drainage massage, but the level of service in the SPA, unfortunately, is more reminiscent of a clinic or an outdated sanatorium, rather than a hotel SPA. What I didn't like: • they didn't offer disposable underwear; • during the massage I wasn't covered with towels, I was freezing; • the office was cool; • instead of towels, I had a regular sheet; • after the massage, towels were brought, but they were in very poor condition (if I had seen them right away, I wouldn't have agreed to the procedure); • there was no proper covering of the chest area; • the lymphatic drainage massage itself was performed incorrectly and unprofessionally. Due to the cold and incorrect massage technique, my well-being worsened: weakness, headache, and chills appeared. Instead of relaxation, the body received additional stress. Also, a separate point is the air alarms. At 1 am and in the morning, the alerts were broadcast through a very loud loudspeaker. Even at times when there was no threat in the area, it created a lot of stress and scared more than the alarm itself. I would like a more delicate approach to alerting guests. The hotel has good potential, a pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfasts and comfortable rooms. However, the SPA area needs a serious review of service standards and professional training of staff, because now it does not meet the level of the hotel. I hope my review will be useful and will help improve the service in the future
