Our 7-night stay was exceptional! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was amazing, made even more special by the breathtaking view of Sagrada Familia. A special thanks to server Zhanna, who was incredibly warm and attentive especially to our 3-year-old son. This was our first stay with Nobu Hotel Barcelona, and it is definitely not our last.

We spent two nights at the Hotel Nobu. We were very disappointed with the reception staff, who didn't speak French and made no effort to understand or be understood, which is shameful for a 5-star hotel, especially considering France borders Spain! Luckily, the valet was there and spoke French. The rooms themselves were comfortable, however, the heating fan constantly switched on and off, creating a terrible racket. The bathroom was extremely dark (making it difficult to apply makeup). We went to the spa for €19 per person. We were extremely disappointed; given the size of the pool and the services offered, access should be free! These two nights cost us €1000 (€50 per night for a 2kg dog – outrageous!) and we won't be returning!

Supposedly a five star hotel which I find hard to believe? The rooms are nice but basic. Very few toiletries. No bidet and no tub? The breakfast is great but 40 euros. It's at the rooftop restaurant. We had drinks the night before and they have a great seating area to have cocktails but we could not sit there because they said they did not have the help to serve. So we sat on barstools looking at the bartender instead of the views? You are the Nobu Hotel how can you be short staffed. Also not close to anything excepts the train station so you'll be spending slot on Uber's? First stay at a Nobu and did not live up to the hype. Staff is wonderful though.
