We would like to thank all the staff present during Christmas. Our stay went very well thanks to everyone's kindness and the responsiveness of the night porter who had to move us at 1:50 a.m. due to a minor technical issue in our bathroom. We felt pampered by everyone. We were celebrating Christmas with family in Dammartin, and access was very easy. The hotel is comfortable and has excellent technology. We will definitely be back! The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is very good. See you soon.

This hotel is very close to CDG, which is great! I did not completely and thouroughly research their "airport shuttle service" that they offer. We were at CDG and I called the hotel to request their shuttle to pick us up (it was around 1430 hrs). The hotel staff told me their "shuttle service" only is available between 0500 - 1100 & 1700 - 2300 and payment is required for the 3rd party shuttle service. So, we had to take a taxi from CDG to the hotel for about 18 euros. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready yet and Monseur (front desk agent) was kind enough to hold our bags for us. We walked in town and grabbed lunch. After lunch, we walked around Roissy (very cute town) and we came across a small park where the community had their own Christmas market. It was wonderful to see! We walked back to the hotel and our room was ready. When we got our room keys to our room, we went to our room and the keys did not work. So, we went back to the front desk and they issued us a different room. Upon entering the room, it was a huge room, with 2 entry doors, 2 chairs to sit in front of the tv and an additional 2 more chairs for the desk area, and 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower, and 1 without). It was a very nice room. Before turning in for the evening, we had to schedule our shuttle for the next mornig to take us to CDG, 5 euros/person. Just an FYI, there is an additional cost if you have more luggage. The next morning, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was a nice breakfast but I believe they may have been short staffed that morning. Overall, this hotel is clean, close to CDG, next to a charming town, room was very spacious and the staff were very kind, friendly. Despite the room key mishap. I would stay at this location again but I think if I had to stay at a hotel close to CDG again due to an early morning flight, I would probably stay at the Novotel that is located at CDG and you can take the tram/train there.
