It took 3 phone calls to reception and waiting 2 hours to get a second bath towel for our room. Why provide only 1 bath towel for a double room? The reason given was that they had to wash and dry the towels (there are no extras?). This was at the end of the day when we needed to sleep and not wait for a basic room item. Everything else was satisfactory.

I was on a business trip from February 21 to 24, 2026, and I chose Noom because I knew it from Abidjan and saw the photos on Booking, which really appealed to me (I was foolish, as they were photos from when the hotel opened 10 years ago). The reality is horrible. The rooms are run-down inside and out (see the photos and videos of the doors). All the doors are similar. The elevators are too slow and also damaged (see photos and videos of the inside of the elevator). I was stuck in an elevator and then got out by the grace of God, and the elevator remained out of service for two full days! The level of service is too low, and the people are not welcoming at all. I even had a bad experience at reception as my company had already paid for the nights in advance before my arrival, then my flight was delayed from February 21 to February 22, and I discovered that the hotel had deducted one night as if it were a “no show”!!!!! I explained to the guy at the front desk named CONDE (who was not nice at all) that my company had already paid for my room before my arrival, so regardless of my arrival date, the rooms should be reserved in my name as they had already been paid for. But he didn't understand and forced me to pay for one night in cash (150 euros) even though the nights had already been paid for by my company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND REPEATING THIS EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
