We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were completely satisfied. Our room corresponded to the stated star category and, like the balcony, was relatively large. The bathroom was a reasonable size. The beds were fine, and the room was clean. Breakfast is served in the buffet restaurant, which also met our expectations. We can't comment on lunch and dinner; we only had breakfast. The hotel is located directly on the beach, where beach loungers are available, although, unlike the loungers by the pool, they cost extra. There were always enough loungers available both by the pool and on the beach, although it was probably off-season in the second week of October. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and English is easily communicated. The quiet town of Bali has an hourly bus service to Rethymno and Heraklion (approx. €4) if you don't want to rent a car. Overall, a great vacation; we can highly recommend the hotel. Our trip was organized by Anex Tours, and here too we were very satisfied with the travel support provided by Axel Steinmüller and the excursions offered.

This is our second stay. It's a special place for us! It's mid-October, Crete's off-season, and the hotel will be closing in a week. As expected, the sea water was cold, and the pool water was even colder. The hotel is just as comfortable and beautiful as it was two years ago, and we're very happy with the reasonable price. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We enjoyed jet skiing on the beach. It cost 60 euros for 15 minutes. There is a fee for using the sunbeds in front of the hotel.
