Hotel is decent value, the staff is very polite and friendly! The rooms (deluxe) were big enough. The biggest issue is thats theres NO SOUNDPROOFING AT ALL, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE for a 4* hotel. Theres a 2-3cm gap under the door which also poses a security issue as your whole hand fits underneath underneath

I cannot recommend Nova Hotel enough!! Front desk staff are amazing and friendly people. Lilith, Hass and Erick went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that you just don’t find everywhere. Lilith was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Hass brought such positive energy and was always ready to help with a smile, no matter how busy it was. Erick was knowledgeable, efficient, and made us feel completely taken care of. The level of service they provide is honestly five-star. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and you can tell the team truly cares about creating a great experience for their guests. Huge thank you to the entire team, we’ll definitely be back!

One of the few hotels where the room has everything you need: a robe, toiletries, and it's clean and cozy. There's a good hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board are right there in the room. It's so convenient! I travel a lot, and half of the other 4-star hotels are missing these amenities. I didn't order breakfast because I like to get out in the morning and try something new every time. Yerevan is wonderful for its cuisine.
