For what we wanted—to spend two nights skiing and shopping—it was perfect. The only downside was the parking. We arrived at 8:00 PM and they charge €26 per night until 12:00 PM. I told them that since I was parking at 8:00 PM, it could be until the same time the next day, but they wouldn't let me. The parking lot across the street is better.

We had an amazing few days as a family at the Novotel Andorra. The hotel has all the amenities you could need: on-site parking, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. We didn't have a chance to try the dinner buffet. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the hotel is noticeably outdated, and some areas feel a bit old-fashioned.

It was a short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities were excellent, and the spa and children's play area were a 10/10. We will definitely be back!
