Tried to ship a small package to this hotel to hold for us upon arrival... they refused to accept delivery, now our package is lost & cannot be located at the local post office... thanks for being so unwelcoming ... this is not an uncommon request in the world to hold an envelope for your guests for a few days.

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The corridors are not even vacuumed. Every day, the so-called “clean” towels they gave me had hair on them. The hotel is extremely poorly maintained. The parking entrance is a single lane, very steep and extremely narrow. The entire parking area is full of water leaking from the hotel’s drainage system, which looks dirty and disgusting. The location of the hotel itself already feels like something out of a horror movie. The hotel urgently needs proper maintenance. The housekeeping management should be replaced as soon as possible.

A hotel is only somewhere to rest your head after a long day of exploring, however few negative things we encountered, our fridge in the room was flashing very fast and was hard to sleep, it was late so I left it alone till the morning, I told reception next morning, the guy was apologetic about it and insisted it to be changed right away, once we arrived back at the end of the day it was replaced but it’s was more like a microwave our water was warm and fridge started flashing again If you are staying with kids I’d suggest staying in a nicer area, the area is very rough, few locals had told us it’s the prime place for crime, during the day it’s ok but after sunset travel to and from the hotel with uber If you have a big car, prepare yourself to navigate the very thin spiral road down into the car park, and if you have a manual car with a small engine prepare yourself to take a trip to replace the clutch Other than that I can’t fault this hotel, it’s relaxed and chill, staff are helpful
