had an amazing stay at the Novotel Cairns! The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A huge shoutout to the receptionist Brian, who was absolutely incredible. He was so bubbly, welcoming, and genuinely made our experience even better from the moment we arrived. Customer service like his truly stands out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Starting off with the exceptional service we received upon checking in from Brian from his welcoming bubbly personality to his professional demeanor he really is a credit to this hotel. The room was amazing with such a lovely view the food was also great. Would definitely recommend upon visiting cairns.
