Basic poorly furnished hotel. One of the worst Novotels I have been too. No in room slippers provided. Ridiculously basic for price. Everything in room is dated and lacks functionality. Swinging mirror and facebasin located next to the beds???? Bathtub has antislip stickers which are old and sticking out, causing pain to the sole when u stand on them to shower. Not to forget spoilt shower rubber bung which causes shower head to slip....gosh..this is a 1-star product!
