With only two exceptions, the receptionists were ALL completely overwhelmed and very rude. My children didn't feel comfortable, and the room wasn't particularly clean. It was very dusty, which was terrible for me as someone with allergies. Pets are welcome, but there are no water bowls or other necessities for guest dogs. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and wasn't replenished regularly. The cheese was already rock hard by 9:00 a.m. There is a refrigerator in the rooms, but not even a bottle of water was provided. It's acceptable, but not ideal.

The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful with any questions. It's a 10-minute walk if you want to eat out or need groceries. The location is very nice; there's no noise from outside. I would recommend it to anyone. Parking is also available in a nearby parking garage for €37 per day.
